I have no names for most of these trees. But I don't care. The bright purple jacarandas where the first thing I saw when I stepped out of the airport back in September. And later came the bright yellow trees, and the red and the pink.. Amazing.
Another magical place or Malawi, Mushroom Farm. Which has positively nothing to do with mushrooms. So don't ask. Flung high up on the edge of an escarpment, overlooking Lake Malawi, and on the other side Tanzania, sits this hippiesque backpacker place. Hammocks quite literally hanging over the edge, open air bar and showers, and a dorm with uttermost amazing views right from the pillow. Because, who needs walls, right?
